There are a number of ways to contact us – help desk, by mail, or by phone.

Because of the amount of spam, it is often difficult to reliably communicate by email alone.  That is why we support our clients and customers by using a help desk.

Submit a ticket on the help desk and you can track our responses.  It is a more professional way of communicating than with email alone.

And we don't answer the phone in the evening or weekends.  But if you submit a question via our help desk, we are automatically notified, and we may be able to respond in a timely manner, even over the weekend.
