Because of the amount of spam, it is often difficult to reliably communicate by email alone. That is why we support our clients and customers by using a help desk.
Submit a ticket on the help desk and you can track our responses. It is a more professional way of communicating than with email alone.
And we don’t answer the phone in the evening or weekends. But if you submit a question via our help desk, we are automatically notified, and we may be able to respond in a timely manner, even over the weekend.
